Job Title: PreSales Consultant
Location: Pune/Mumbai India
Job Description:
- Create and lead customer presentations, demonstrations, and discovery workshop activities across service lines (product and platform engineering, data management & analytics, digital enterprise across BFSI, Life Sciences, and Retail domain).
- Prepare detailed proposals and implementation plan & commercials in consultation with the delivery team. Drive end-to-end RFI, RFP and RFQ activities, along with win themes, strategies, executive summaries and cost benefit analysis
- Design service offerings collaterals by considering customer requirements and accordingly modify existing solution approach and pitch
- Manage pre-sales tracker and pipeline to track key account movements, win/loss probabilities, competition mapping, buyer personas, engagement history and conversions/losses
- Manage and create all go-to-market (GTM) decks (slides), competition battlecards and product/service collaterals specific to clients.
- Identify and network with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Build and maintain healthy business relations with high network and corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery and service quality norms
